"It's my regular hotel when I visit my company HQ (yearly). I've been there 3-4 times as is convenient for me: direct on RER B to Paris and to CDG airport, nearby my company, I can eat in the room (thanks to nearby supermarket and small kitchen in the room) if too tired to eat out. Overall is a good business hotel and I recommend if you need to stay in the area."

"I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. First, this is an student campus that also rents units to travellers. The apartments are nice and big for Paris standards with a kitchenette equipped for 2 persons. I had a signal/data issue with T-Mobile and I had NO idea that she had texted me the pin for the entry to Break and Burt So I emailed her and called and she let me and my wife know that she had texted us all of the information and also drove down to make sure everything was fine and we had no further issues We had a GREAT time staying here, my daughter said that the little village looked like “Belles Neighborhood” from Beauty and the Beast 10/10 Recommend to everyone...

"I have been visiting this hotel for years but after the renovations it underwent it has really become a classic for me. The improvements to the rooms and the hotel in general really make a worthwhile difference. Breakfasts in the new dining area are a beautiful experience. I will definitely try to visit again "

Recommended. Near to RER and TGV Station

"The staffs are awesome and helpful. Proficient in English really helps with us foreigners who dont speak native french. The room is very good and clean. I wish they have heated toilet seat cover though. The location is very good as it is just opposite the RER and TGV station. Breakfast is standard continental. "

"Good apartment, very spacious, extremely convenient for family of four. Staff were friendly, and helped as much as they could with the questions we asked. Stay, breakfast, price of hotel and level of service are as expected from this rating of an apartment. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day (please note you have to inform them a day before). Paris central is 40mins train ride. All good."
