"We spent 3 days in the "cowshed" room at Le Bois Gautier. The accommodation was very spacious with a full kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We received a warm welcome from the new owner Bill who had prepared a log fire for our arrival, this made the accommodation very cosy and was a great touch. Bill had also brought some snacks/breakfast for us. The place was gorgeous, and very quiet, being in the middle of the countryside. It is located about 30 min drive from the scenic town...

"I have used this hotel a lot and in general its very good. This time I think due to it being the off season and the weather the experience was not as good. Restaurant was a little cold and the breakfast was limited, other than this everything was great. "

"Get the river view even off season which we did. You can open your window and hear the soothing sounds. The room was well appointed, modern and clean. The on-site restaurant was pretty good too considering the front desk staff do double duty to cook as well. Service was top notch. Also the surrounding quiet and charming town has street vendors who setup shop for the locals but they spoken English too. "This is a nice family owned property. We picked it because it was a 15 minute drive away from Mont San Michele. Parking was on site, secure and easy. The rooms and common areas of this property are dated but clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms appear remodeled and while they are small, they are extremely functional. The only major letdown for us was the terrible Wi-Fi speed and service interruptions constantly Unfortunately, we needed the Wi-Fi that evening, but could not use it at all. The...

"Great and friendly staff, i like that small town feel and breakfast was delicious. It was difficult with sleeping only because my friend didn’t want to sleep with window open for fear of bugs. But that’s nothing they could have done for that. Shower is small and you can hear the other door over when they are also showering. Very quaint hotel but just have ti remember that in France places close in between lunch and dinner time."

"We stayed at the little house and it was splendid. Very spacious, it smelled great. Beds are truly comfortable. This place has everything a family of four could need and more. Their grounds are beautifully trimmed and kept, maintained and designed. Breakfast buffet was beyond delicious, their bread and crepes were very good. It was all very clean, calm, and quiet. I need to go back and stay many nights there. I will recommend for sure! All the staff here, every single person that works here...
