One night stop over

The stay was fine. We initially turned up to the wrong hotel as two hotels with same name at the same location. The lady behind the desk was pleasant enough but spoke no English so wrote timings down for breakfast etc. the room was compact but clean and suitable for our one night stop over to Disneyland. The location was fine as had a couple of places to eat including a pub, Mac Donald’s and KFC.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was so convenient to pull up outside our room at midnight and have been sent a code to let us in to our room. No need for a visit to a check in desk, and no long walk to our room. So convenient for what we needed. Thank you.

Its a strange layout with beds upstairs and toilet ans bathroom below. Stairs are very noisy so everytime anyone went to the loo we were all woken up. Bedding was clean but whole thing just felt a bit grubby

The lady at the desk was helpful. The room was self check in/out. Apparently the AC had stopped working (I was looking forward to a cooler room since that’s what was advertised)! It was super hot and humid; bedroom on 2nd floor. I had to request a fan; luckily we were provided with one! Also, the room wasn’t ready until almost an hour after.

Split level room layout

The rooms have odd layouts, the beds are in upper level while the toilet and shower are in lower level after entering the room. It caused problem with our friend who had trouble climbing the steep staircase. It was a struggle when checking in late when the reception was closed. Through the intercom we managed to check in. To their credit, a day before check-in they sent me an email with a 10-digit code to retrieve my room access code. It would be great if there was instruction in the email explaining how to use the 10-digit code.

Séjour médiocre

Commençons par le positif, le lit était confort et l'hôtel était calme. Mais nous avons été très surpris de la salle de bains ; il n'y avait pas de douche. Simplement du carrelage dans la salle de bains à côté des toilettes qui faisait guise de douche. Il y avait des petites blattes dans la salle de bains sur les murs, ce qui nous a donné de quitter la chambre. Il y avait de grosses toiles d'araignées dans la chambre aussi. Au vu du prix de la chambre (85€ par nuit), nous nous attendions à une chambre beaucoup mieux que ça (les photos n'étant pas contractuelles visiblement) avec une douche et pas de blattes. Nous sommes très déçus car nous avions fait exprès de ne pas prendre une chambre "bas de gamme" type F1 ou FastHotel mais le résultat était le même, en plus cher... Nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce type d'hôtel, la prochaine fois on ne mettra pas le prix et on comprendra notre déception. Et encore, nous sommes gentils de mettre 2 étoiles et pas 1. Nous attendons un geste commercial car c'est dommage d'offrir si peu de qualité à ce prix là.

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille dans cette chambre pour quatre. La chambre est petite, la literie est confortable et propre, mais la Clim est bruyante et la fenêtre s’ouvre difficilement car le lit gêne l’ouverture. Il manque un petit frigo dans la chambre et quelques serviettes supplémentaires pour s’essuyer les mains. La chambre dépanne pour une nuit .
