"The hotel is located in a very quiet safe area, yet there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff all spoke good English and are very friendly. The room is beautifully maintained. The only thing was the hotel WiFi was not very strong and I could not do video chat."

"This place offers a clean, modern, comfortable room - for a traveler without an automobile. It is located in the middle of a college campus and it is operated as though it is intended to instruct students in the hospitality business. But the campus is surrounded by challenging, skinny, mostly one-way streets. So don’t expect to pull up to the hotel front door - there is none on the street. Weekend in Toulouse

"Loved the vibe of this hotel, especially the bar/restaurant area - good DJ’s and great food. However, they could’ve done with a couple of extra staff at key times (breakfast and dinner) Room was clean, bed was comfy but no drawers for clothing All in all a great weekend and would definitely stay at Mama Shelter again "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!"

"A fantastic first stay in Toulouse. This former Aparthotel is a Co-Working environment and now part of the Cowool community. I found the hotel situated in a very quiet research park. The rooms themselves are mini apartments with cooking facilities etc. they are kitted out for long term stays but I was very comfortable for the night. The breakfast is minimal, only sweet foods were on offer so unlike a full hotel, it’s easier to go to a supermarket and bring your own. There are lots of spaces to work and the staff are so friendly. Getting into Toulouse centre is a wonderful experience by first a public cable car (€1.80) for two stops and then the Metro (€1.80) into the main squares and touristic areas. I have to commend both Leo and Lucie for their warm personalities and professionalism. They made our stay very personal with advice and kindness. Would return again for the location and peacefulness. "

"We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were so friendly and even helped my husband screw wheels back onto his broken suitcase! Our family room was massive and very well equipped and comfortable. The location was also great - within easy walking distance to the train station and into the main shopping area. Highly recommend!"
