We came in a bit early and said room was not ready till 4 then went out shopping came back at 330 and was told that we could not enter till 4 . Customers were waiting outside till 4 sharp to come in ,not very professional and most clientele were seniors .

Check in was easy and front desk staff very helpful. No elevator but our second floor room was large and had a nice kitchenette. The landscaping around the parking lot was a little overgrown.

When I first arrived I was disappointed with the window curtains..Needed to be steamed and not wrinkled...and when entering a small office to greet. ...but after arriving at 4PM we found our room excellent, clean and bright...The garden was fabulous and will definitely stay there again in the future...Close to restaurants and shopping and beautiful fall weather...

We enjoyed the hotel's facilities very much - hot tub, heated pool, sauna, whirlpool tub. As well as the ability to heat up simple meals in our room. It's not a 5-star hotel but it served our needs very well.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was gorgeous. Hardwood and ceramic tile floors so no smelly carpet. I would definitely recommend. Don’t let the exterior fool you. The interior rooms are awesome.

walkable distance to center of st-sauveur, and for restaurants, shops etc pool and sauna make the place worth it We didn't like the pillows. too bulky.

The property is very run down. It is dirty, carpets are filthy in room, hallways and stairways. Receiption said they would call us as soon as our room was ready, they did not, we went back to check and of course then the room was ready. Grounds are not maintained at all. Grass was long, weeds everywhere, leaves never cleaned. No towels provided for outdoor hot tub. Hot tub was not clean and in much need of repair.

We are a family of 5, youngest child is 14, so it is a challenge finding accommodations that are comfortable, give us a reasonable amount of personal space, and is affordable. We ended up booking 2 suites here and they put them beside each other. The furniture and decor in the rooms is very dated, but the bathrooms have been renovated. We found it charming but some may be put off by it. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, pillows were too. The staff was extremely friendly. You can't beat the location, as it is walking distance to the main strip that has tons of shops, restaurants, and the best chocolate dipped ice cream cone I've ever had. It is a 2 minute drive to the water park and there is a starbucks and large grocery store across the street that has a little market, so we purchased a few meals there during our stay and brought them back to our hotel room. The outdoor pool is lovely, and we enjoyed the large hot tub and sauna as well. The wifi was very good too. I do think it's important to share that the rooms are small to be called "suites" as there is not a separate bedroom (the room is divided by a well-placed curtain). It was fine for us but I was expecting a separate bedroom. I will also point out that when I booked the rooms through Expedia, I didn't notice until I completed my booking that the price was in US funds. It was still reasonable for 2 rooms in that convenient location though. I'd stay again and know better what to expect. :)

Le Relais St Denis a besoin d’attentions et rénovations. En entrant dans le stationnement on hésite un peu car la maintenance du terrassement allant à l’entrée principale n’est pas très accueillante (ex : mauvaises herbes, pavé brisé, fleurs fanées etc..) Dommage, car nous avons été très bien reçus à la réception par une personne accueillante. Les chambres sont propres, lit confortable mais je vous conseille d’apporter vos oreillers car les leurs sont trop épais et pas très confortable à mon avis. Cependant, la chambre était bien équipée avec cafetière Keurig, micro-onde, petit fourneau, vaisselle etc.. L’avantage, juste de l’autre côté de la rue il y a un Provigo, Starbuck et plusieurs petites boutiques.
