"Used this hotel for 1 night for a stop off, checked in around midnight with a baby and it was so quick and easy, staff very helpful and friendly. Check in literally took 2 mins which is what you want after a full days drive. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. There is everything you need nearby in terms of fast food and restaurants. It’s only a few mins off the main motorway so there’s not much traffic compared to city centre. Free parking which is very helpful. "

"Our room (#3) was tired and stark. The bed, although comfortable, was stuck in the corner so was difficult to access the far side. We appreciate that this was set up to maximise floor space for a wheelchair user but didn’t look good. The bathroom was also tired but clean.
