"My stay was great but I did have 2 minor issues. Check in is at 4 pm but my room wasnt ready until 4:40 pm. I had been up traveling from the U.S. and expected my room to be ready and was frustrated that it wasnt. It wasnt just my room that wasnt ready. There were at least 5 other people waiting on their rooms as well. The staff was friendly and informative but it didnt make it better. I was tired and ready to shower and relax. One thing I must say is that the hotel gets applauds for making up...

"I chose this place because of the positive reviews but that was not my experience. The place does look like the pics and it's clean BUT there's also a very strong mildew odor. There were no screens in the windows so that I could air the place out. The air conditioning was the only thing abating the mildew and so I put an all the warm clothes in my bag and got through one night. I had to lose money and book another room or my Barbados vacation would have been a bust. "
