"This property is close to the train station and a short walk to the Christmas Village. Our Rm#3 Terrace was large and airy. Nice to have space to spread out and relax. The breakfast was continental with a coffee machine that made all types. The proprietor was always around but we did not find her to be friendly or an engaging hostess. We would recommend! "

"This hotel is excellent for its price. It exceeded my expectations, and all the staff were friendly. The cozy spaces capture the local atmosphere beautifully while maintaining a stylish vibe. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was truly delightful. The view from the room was beautiful and peaceful. The room was spacious, and the separation of the bed, desk, and bathroom areas made it even more comfortable. If I visit Colmar again, I would definitely want to stay here once more."

"Located in the centre of the city . Walkable to the Christmas Markets, restaurants and more. It has a pool and spa that comes included. The room was small, which it was still no problem for 2 persons. The restroom was super small (shower is separate, which also needed more lighting). It was pricey maybe because of the season. "

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"We stayed at Mercure Colmar whilst on a trip to visit some Alsace Christmas markets. It was very close to the Colmar markets but in a quiet area. Every member of staff we came across were efficient and friendly. The hotel itself is modern and clean with some extra special touches such as some welcoming biscuits gift and still and sparkling water available in the lobby. The room was lovely - clean and comfortable with a large wide bed. The bathroom was modern with a fantastic rain shower....

Second time and coming again

"It’s close to the centre. In the room we have everything we need. They offer drinking water and free pastries ( leftover from breakfast). The staff is friendly. Everything is sparkling clean. I don’t understand the low rate at all. "
