"The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "

"The checking-in was very slow and they first charged us the wrong much higher rate. We had to wait 30min for the to fix to the rate we booked through Expedia. Then the room no. was wrtten not clearly 1409 looked like 1404, we could not open the door, we had to go all the way from level 14th to reception to clarify. The staff seemed not very sorry about all their above mistake. Other sides of the hotel was good."

"Walking up to the property coming from the train was a journey but once you get the idea of how convenient the train, trolley or Uber is it makes everything go smoothly. The hotel is situated in a great spot located downtown, next to Reading Station ( a galore of places to find food ( now honestly you have to be careful cause everything is not that good- the ice cream next by the soul Food spot is AMAZING, even the soul food spot is crazy( good) lines are long though and that should tell you...

"What a precious little gem tucked away behind Jeffersons Honigman Medical Center. Very convenient location! The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Loved that they even had a makeup mirror! Will definitely go back when we have a night event in center city!"

Fabulous

"Such a beautiful hotel with so many amenities. Room service breakfast was fabulous. Love the designer toiletries and the bath. Down comforter, fluffy robes and mini bar make this stay so luxurious. Check in process does take a while because staff seem to be trained to go over all the amenities in detail and there are so many. Everyone was so helpful and friendly."
