"Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "Good place to stay, love the reception staff, all super nice and speak different languages. There was some working around the hotel, but they did their best to accommodate our request for a quiet room, even letting us enter the room before check-in time. "The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"The town was very quiet which made this stay one we would have shortened, however a day trip to Annecy made staying here worth it. This property is more like an up-scale dorm room and I’m certain it’s great for a skiing crash pad. "

Unique modern style hotel in a fantastic location

"Room - We stayed in the 'Lovely Room' for 4 nights which was actually quite spacious. It had a hairdyer, great toiletries, big TV with chromecast, small desk, speaker and an amp for a guitar! The slight quirks/issues was there was no storage space except for the small wardrobe. There is room for shelves/drawers underneath the main shelf so would be helpful if they added this. The room was unusually warm for January, the air con wasn't great but could at least open a window. The shower is a glass cube with an outside curtain for privacy - was fine for us but might not be everyone's cup of tea! There is a galley on each floor with an iron and where you can get tea, coffee and water which is great although the tap takes a bit of getting use to. The breakfast is really good with great choice and allergens are labelled. The staff are really friendly and the bar area and cocktails are great! If you forgo room cleaning the you get a free drink voucher for the bar which is great. The best part about this hotel is the location, right in the heart of the old town area and as within a shopping complex, its generally quite quiet. Only 10-15min walk from the station. Great hotel for the price! "

"Great hotel to stay while in Annecy. Walking distance to the old town and the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable - though the bed was much too hard for us. The hotel is very modern with modern decor. Breakfast was good in the restaurant overlooking the lake. We had a really great stay at Le Pelican hotel. "
