We had room one and the noise levels were just awful, the room shook as people entered and excited the property. People using the living space were really disrespectful about noise even after being asked twice to keep it down at 7am they were letting kids run around screaming and there was no soundproofing at all. The hotel hot tub wasn’t warm so we were unable to use it.

Ce fut une trĂšs belle expĂ©rience pour nous d’avoir sejournĂ© chez La belle Excuse. On a passĂ© un excellent weekend, la place calme et paisible L’endroit Ă©tait trĂšs propre et agrĂ©able. Nous avons cru ĂȘtre chez nous. Il ya eu une coupure d’électricitĂ© dans le secteur, et ça a pris des heures avant de revenir mais heureusement la gĂ©rante nous a donnĂ© la possibilitĂ© de rester un peu plus , prendre notre temps avant de quitter l’auberge mĂȘme aprĂšs 11h. Rien Ă  dire , mais excellent moment passĂ© pour nous. À refaire

O hotel é maravilhoso. Tem uma estrutura ótima com cozinha completa. Då para perceber que tudo foi feito com capricho para que as pessoas fiquem bem acomodadas. O ideal é esrar de carro para se deslocar. A estação Le Massif fica razoavelmente próxima.

I wish I could love this hotel as it looks very chic from the pictures but I was traveling with children and the bunk bed was very squeaky and mattress so uncomfortable, you literally sink into the mattress as it had poor support. Facilities wise, there’s no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room, and the closest coffee shop is ten minutes by car. I guess it could work for travellers who just want to spend the night, but definitely do not recommend for family with children.
