"This property was unacceptable. I have been waiting since Monday for a response regarding this dirty, dark, problematic property. The staff told us 1/2 out of air-conditioning systems worked in our 2-bedroom apartment, when in reality, the A/C didn't work in the entire building. Then, another employee said, actually no A/C at all. Ceiling tiles falling out, non-functioning shower fixture. I will never use Expediat again until this situation is rectified and I am refunded for both rooms."

Clean and tidy, however on my first morning there was no hot water so I had to have a cold shower, however, when I returned to my room in the evening there was a complementary flavoured tea pack with an explanation card that the boiler had broken down that morning. I didn't think the breakfast buffet was of a very high standard with a limited selection. Certainly not value for money, which was a pity"
