"Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking...

"A very nice villa, which was way more than we needed for a single overnight stay to visit Nantes, but served us really well. A strange location, a load of holiday villas in the middle of a business park by the main road into the city, but did make it easy to get to. Didn't have time to use the pool, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The deposit required on arrival is annoying, and the amount too high, especially as it's done on trust that they will return it - there's no joint...

"The property was in a good location for my stay. There is a car park near by, but please be careful on Saturday's as there is a market on the upper part and they will tow your car away if it is on this part. "We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. We also didn't have any lights in the upstairs...
