For the money we spent I was expecting a little more luxury. The pool was nice and our bedroom was spacious. However the staff were inexperienced and the overall feel of the property was that it could do with a little tlc. The restaurant food was okay but nothing special.
Fantastic property to a high spec but the staffing was probably under par for such an excellent establishment. They seem to rely heavily on interns.Individuals were extremely pleasant but too few and perhaps lacking in experience.
Très bon accueil. Chambre très propre un peu petite. Diner correct. Service moyen. Facilités correctes (hammam, sport, piscine)

It was a great experience! This is a great property with friendly and dedicated staff. The general manager, Athena, and her staff made us welcome and did not hesitate to allow us extra time to enjoy the property past check out time. Athena took us in a property tour. It was fantastic! Beautiful gardens, everything well maintained, nice rooms, enjoyed breakfast. Recommended to anyone who wants to have a great experience in a magical, peaceful, lovely Chateau in France! We will be back!!
The Hotel was immaculately maintained and the owners have clearly put a lot of work into restoring a beautiful building. The staff were friendly and helpful and could not be more helpful.
I was travelling with my elderly mother for a wedding weekend.
Nothing was too much trouble for the delightful hostess and her family - as beautiful as the chateau. The stairs and bathrooms were tricky for a very old lady but we had not expected disabled access and managed fine; we were so kindly cared for and the elegance won the day. Breakfast was delicious and it was a total treat stay - thank you.
