"I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain. I wish we had been informed of this situation before we arrived in order to weight our options or not. But besides that the receptionist was very nice and helpful to us during our stay."

"This is a relatively inexpensive hotel so I don't expect lots of extras. It was relatively clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage make sure your muscles are in good order. Grouting in the bathroom could use a bit of a scrub in places and as a personal preference I don't like showers over bathtubs as they are potentially dangerous. Mais quelques remarques faites ce matin à la réception avant mon départ: - je suis resté 2 nuits et ma chambre n'était pas faite: lit pas fait et sdb pas nettoyée. - pouvez vous mettre des tampons sous les chaises qui sont très bruyantes dans les chambres et salle de petit déjuener? - les assiettes du petit dejéuner sont trop petites. il serait intéressant de proposer 2 formats"

"The car park was small and we had to pre-book a space. The staff were very helpful. The hotel facilities are limited but perfectly adequate, with a good breakfast offer and a small bar for a late drink. The location is in the very centre of the city close to the river, shopping and restaurants. "
