"Really noisy, I even approached the lobby representative (lady) and informed her about the noise during my stay. She did confirm that next to room 203 there is a storage room under the stairs. The first night it was a disturbing noise around 11:30 pm. m. and the next night it was a loud noise again around 4:45am. m. and 6:40 a.m. m. (same day). I also paid for room 202 as well and my family members also complained about noise coming from lobby staff near room 202. in summary stay away from rooms...

"Ataraxia is a peaceful and beautiful place hidden between jungle and sea. Saw plenty of wild life both on land and at sea. The food was delicious and the owners and staff always teady to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would come back a hundred times if i could. For.the price difference treat yourself to an ocean view cabin, they are fantastic."

"Only stayed for one night (Thursday), but the hotel was perfect for us! The only thing to be mindful about is the constant requests for taxis or tours (or what our plans are for tomorrow) at the nearby businesses on the street. "There was lots of room inside, not terribly comfortable but comfortable enough. It was nice outside, but I stayed out too long and got eaten by the sand fleas. It was actually a pretty nice location. There was a little trouble communicating, but the staff was very nice and helpful."

"La Loma was a beautiful escape into the jungle. The accommodations and public area were beautiful. Our host, Juan, was amazing! We enjoyed sharing meals with other visitors and our tour of the property with Mr. Kelly. Sleeping amidst the jungle overnight was a magical experience. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend!"
