"I specifically booked a room with a king size bed, got there and they didn’t have one. They were able to convert two singles for me but it seemed an odd thing to have to ask for. The room was decoratively in a rather average state, seem to have a few lumps and bumps missing and rather dated I normally enjoy a Hilton breakfast much more than this one The swimming pools looked great, but needed to be heated more. "We were really impressed with our short stay at the hotel. It is a quick taxi ride to downtown Luxor. The hotel also has very good dining options in multiple restaurants both indoor and outdoor. Sunset from the outdoor restaurant is wonderful."

"On our first night, we were assigned a room that had a toxic construction smell, a leaking shower door sill, and a broken sliding door to the balcony. While I appreciate the prompt response and the room change the following day, it was quite disappointing to encounter such conditions initially. It seems that the room's issues should have been identified before assigning it to guests. We appreciated staff's willingness to address our concerns and apologize for the situation. "
