Staff were great and spoke both English and French. Hôtel super clean and room surprisingly spacious for France imo. Restaurant available with breakfast convenient when we had early tours before the local bakeries were open. Very close to multiple metro/RER lines (<5min walk). Excellent restaurants nearby even on the same street.

Great location! Attraction sites are walkable from the hotel and the Metro is just a block away. Breakfast is good. The staff is generally helpful and nice. Though the room is clean, the room and the bathroom are so small.

Rooms are very small and not comfortable
Can’t have bags around and move around the rooms. Kitchen breakfast area is ok nothing special. Ants on the counter by where the bread and the toaster is which is also near precooked food. Building has gone through renovation obviously but if you’re used to a normal sized room this is not the hotel for you. Staff is nice and friendly and the rooms were quiet. No view nothing special. But just something to get by with.

Excellent customer service. The room was very clean and beautiful with gorgeous view. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful! We will stay again for sure.

"Great hotel. BUT for the size of the hotel more reception staff are needed. Waited longer than 1 hour to check in. Only two reception staff on the desk at my time of arrival.
