"Very pleased with booking this apartment. Very spacious! Great location for going to Downtown and Convention Center. Also walked to the nearby area by Westend Market. Great restaurant choices! Extra bedroom had a mattress that was pretty soft but King in master was firmer. Kitchen setup good but there was no toaster so I was glad I already had one since I had been traveling for a couple weeks ( really think they should have that!). "The place was damaged with holes in the walls, they had closet doors laying against the wall and to top it off the kitchen was dirty along with ROACHES crawling on the walls and one was on the bed. I've never been more mortified and disgusted by a property. "

"We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first...

"No AC, ran out of toilet paper notified management by text. They said it would be taken care of. Never was. Had to sleep with the windows open. Very very noisy all night long "
