"I stayed at this hotel last year and was quite pleased but a year on the standards have dropped bathroom not as clean the sink tap was hanging off they was no shower curtain so by time 3 people showered the bathroom was a wash ,and in general where looking shabby ."

Comfortable luxury

"Very peaceful and comfortable place to stay ideal for both families and couples. Emotion room with direct access to pool is ideal. Location isn’t that far from the main beach areas just book a grab don’t be stingy! Place is well maintained v clean with huge bathtub"

"The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend had booked B&B but I booked room only. I was given complimentary breakfast and also a free late checkout. Lovely experience. Bangsaen’s an interesting Thai resort. Almost all tourists are Thai - they do beach holidays very differently from Europeans 😊"
