The breakfast included means bring your own they have a sink. There are so many mosquitoes, so the bug net around the bed was nice. It’s not bad as long as you layer up in bug spray.

Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla is aging badly as it was poorly built, with uneven surfaces that might cause you trip and suites that have limited access to natural light. The staff is uneven - mostly great but when it's not (particularly on the front desk), its terrible, The only mean we have eaten at the property is breakfast, and its disappointing.

Overall, I would rate it as 3 stars. The location was convenient as it was centralized, with all shops and markets within walking distance. However, I wish to highlight that guests need to prepare their own toiletries such as shampoo, soaps, and toothpaste as they are not provided by the hotel. Additionally, the quality of the shampoo and soap provided was low.
