"Nous sommes venus en couple avec 1 bébé d’un an. Le lit parapluie et la chaise haute nous ont été mis à disposition. Les chalets sont très confortables et la décoration soignée, on s’y sent vraiment bien ! La cuisine et la salle de bain sont comme neuves et tres fonctionnelles. On ne manque de rien. "Estancia agradable para visitar la zona y hacer senderismo. En el establecimiento la atención personal excelente en recepción. Hemos tenido problemas a la hora de bañarnos en la piscina, pues cuando hemos ido la hemos encontrado cerrada fuera de servicio, por lo que es como si no hubiera piscina. En mi opinión, al apartamento nuestro le faltaba menaje, cuchillos que cortaran. Detalles. Las instalaciones dan sensación de abandono. "This property is clearly not at its best during what we discovered only after we arrived as their "off-season." The restaurant was closed, even though we were told it would be open during the weekend. It was difficult to find anything fully open. Our thoughts about our stay were compounded by very cool, very wet, and very overcast weather conditions. We do not recommend visiting this area after mid-September!"

"This is a no frills place to stay. That said, the staff are lovely, breakfast is nice and very good value. Our room smelt heavily of cigarettes, so we had to have the balcony doors open all night to clear it. The shower head in the bathroom was broken so it sprayed water at the ceiling and there were dead flies. That said it was functional and ok for what it is. Wouldn’t stop me going there again as a stop over."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful pool area. However would point out that the area around the pool is very slippery when wet with no warning. So keep your pool shoes handy. Otherwise a perfect place to stay. "

"This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful."

Dog friendly hotel with spectacular views

"We have stayed here several times as it is a perfect dog friendly hotel. We pay for a room with a patio which is great for the dogs. The area is ideal for walkers and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Torla is unique with beautiful buildings, well worth exploring."
