This is a great hotel for solo travellers. The breakfast buffet had great options. The staff are friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to others.

Very nice hotel with pool and saunas. Also you get a Joker Card for the free use of the cable cars and other things. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet good with gluten free options.

Lovely hotel

Wonderful stay, great facilities - nice spa and even a gym and play room for children (although these weren’t advertised and discovered by accident). It was also really centrally located which was great for dinner and had a nice restaurant inside too. Only issue was the floors in the spa and boot room which were very slippery - I witnessed multiple people falling over and some people getting injured.

the roon was in good condition. when i arrive at the reception after a long and tired journey i was told that i had to pay a tax o 10 Euros per day to park the car as my book was made thougth Expedia. I am not happy for paying such a tax and had the feeling of an unnecessary extra rip-off without any previous information clear stated any where.

The hotel was funky and a little odd but our room was nice and comfortable and the staff was lovely. The hotel restaurant experience was mixed. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options but the one dinner we went to was strange and the food was very average. All in all we had a great time and really loved the location.

Ich finde es schade, wenn man nicht auf dem Gelände parkt bzw. man kein Platz mehr gefunden hatte. Das man dennoch 10€ Parkgebühren zahlen muss, dafür erwartet man aber auch eine Garantie das man da auch parken kann. Der indoor Pool bitte prüfen, meine Kids meinten an einigen Stellen wäre es sehr glitschig. Gut ist das es die Option gibt das Zimmer zu reinigen oder nicht, ich weis es spart dadurch Kosten, sollte aber nicht mit einem kleinen Guti gelockt werden, macht für mich persönlich immer einen komischen Beigeschmack, wenn es gleich am Anfang erwähnt wird. Frühstück okay, Essen im Wirtshaus sehr gut. Schade nur das manche Getränke nicht bestellt werden konnten, weil die Zutaten fehlten. Nojito Ohne Alkohol am dritten Tag hatte der Kellner sich was überlegt, ist schade, wenn man bedenkt das man die Zutaten in jeden Supermarkt bekommt. Kommunikation im Vorfeld gut. An sich ist das Hotel okay, aber denke wir werden nächstes Jahr wo anders buchen, wenn wir nochmal auf einen Kurztrip in die Gegend kommen. Mir fehlte einfach der richtige Wohlfühl - Effekt oder wir haben schon zuviele Hotels durch. ;-)

El Hotel es bueno pero la limpieza del baño no es lo máximo. Comida aceptable pero algo alto en precio. El estacionamiento esta algo retirado y si esta lloviendo es complejo regresar sin paraguas, creo que el hotel debería de dar mejor explicación sobre este punto. En general OK.
