"Really lovely 4 nights as a family of four here. The beds are really comfortable and though the apartments are basic, they are freshly decorated and a great size. The pool areas were also really pleasant, and we had breakfast in the restaurant which was also good. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for family accommodation in Ibiza. Parking right outside the apartment blocks. Rosa also made a restaurant reservation for us one lunchtime. Only giving 4 stars due to people...

"Pleasant apartment. Good value for the money. Bedding was clean and housekeeper came in each day. Some towels a litrle stained and the building has some wear and tear but on the whole, good place to stay and the pool was nice. Staff are also very helpful!"

"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. The man at the desk was sympathetic but obviously not able to override his boss. Eventually a man came and broke the door and the frame to get her out. Whilst we was given a...
