Mario (one of the new owners) told us that they've only taken over the hotel about 20 days ago, so they are really taking on board all feedback. We were really impressed with how the hotel is run for something so new to the management team. "Artiem Audax met all our expectations and exceeded some. Modern, stylish, comfortable and luxurious. Our room had surely the best views in Cala Galdana. Views from the rooftop pool area were equally stunning. Really comfortable super-king bed and pillows (makes such a difference). Staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat there, preferring to go out, (except for an early evening diner-style meal at the pool cafe which was really good). Breakfast was decent and generous. BCorps credentials were evident throughout, from the water coolers to the recycled sea-plastic room trays. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
