"I arrived late one day and departed early the next day so I did not experience the hotel much. A small dinner at the hotel bar was OK. People seemed to enjoy the outdoor pool with warm water and snow nearby. The shuttle to the airport was on schedule. Nice views of the ocean, an island, and hills on the background."

"Amazing experience. Very convenient. Closer to gate/terminal 3. Lots of duty free shops closeby. There is a food court right across the hotel but if you are looking for anything american/fastfood then its not for you. They offer korean food only. Funkin donuts might be 5 mins walk. Overall fantastic stay. Comfy beds & shower was a plus. "

"식사와 교통이 너무 편했고 체크아웃때 조금 늦게 나올 수 밖에 없었는데 프론트에서 흔쾌히 허락해줘서 너무 좋았습니다 지하철이 바로 앞에 있어 인천공항으로 가는 분들에게 강추!!"

"The property is good, well maintained but the hallway and the room smelled and have Incense in it. For me, I can not bear the strong smell. Removing the incense reduced the unbearable smell. In addition the air conditioning system was tough to operate. There are some translation from Korean but I wasn’t able to get it to work. Or the AC itself is broken. "

"Very short stay, changed rooms as first one smelt of smoke. Second room perfect, loved the heated toilet seat and hair straighteners."

"방과 호텔이 매우 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 하나 아침에 식사로 과일류가 좀더 나오고 빵이 좀더 맛있는 것들이 나왔으면 하는 아쉼이 있었습니다. 그리고 식당이나 concierge 에서 일하는 분들이 좀 더 미소 지으며 일을 한다면 좋았겠다 하는 생각입니다. 호텔은 5성급 최고급임이 분명한데 손님대접 수순은 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해 좀 떨어 진다는 생각이 들었네요. 다음에 인천에 머문다면 다시 paradise city 아니면 여기로 묵고 싶습니다. "
