"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was very easy. The parking garage was separate from the hotel so it would have been nice to have a covered entrance into the hotel. We had a noise in our room that happened at 6:15am and again about an hour later, it was alarming and very disruptive as we had a late night from a concert, we did let the staff know and they were very apologetic about the disturbance and offered a discount to us. "It had been a very cold and snowy day. When we got to the room, the heater was off and the room was very cold. It took a couple hours for the room to warm up enough to sleep comfortably. Also, the fire detector located in the middle of the room right above the bed had a very bright light that flashed continuously through out the night. "

What a nice surprise!

"This hotel was a great price so we decided to stay for a night. It is newly remodeled (lobby still in reno stage). It’s perfectly located near a mall, and many other hotel chains. New bathroom, floors and beds were comfortable. No frills, just good. I wasn’t sure if I should leave a review so the prices don’t go up after the demand increases! After leaving, we decided to stay once again on our way back. What a good decision at an extremely reasonable price!"
