"For a trip to visit wineries or see the redwoods, this place is perfect. It's an unassuming collection of buildings just off the road. Most cottages are shared buildings with two units per structure. The design allows for privacy, but we could hear our neighbors as they came and went from the unit next door (more than we would have in a traditional hotel). This was our first trip to Guerneville and we highly recommend that as a centrally located place to stay, with the Cottages as a good option in that town."
