"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...

"First let me say I'm a Platinum Status Expedia member. Next, LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. The "security" stole my luggage and the "manager" basically did a home invasion. These people are straight up criminals who will threaten you, assault you, and rob you."

"The room we wanted was not available but we got another room that was a bit smaller, cheaper and very nice. The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. If I could, I would give them six stars out of five. "

"This place is a rip-off. They couldn’t even provide an iron for us in the room. Because there was only a curtain in the living room after a heavy rain there was water all over the place. The swimming pool was not cleaned every day.. The breakfast was well presented but not tasty at all.. This place doesn’t deserve a 4 stars. The only going point I could found is the privacy of the villa. Will not come back again."

Close enough to the attractions, shopping and dining and far away enough to not hear the noise at night. Tuk Tuk transportation is readily available and the friendly staff at the front desk will help you with any questions you may have. "While we do recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff and very friendly people. The only one bad thing was the very hard bed. The bed felt like a soft floor with a thin mattress, but the staff was super great."

Fabulous!

"This was our last hotel in our 2 week Cambodia trip & it was a fantastic way to end. Everything from the hotel lobby to the huge bedroom, separate shower-room is beautiful. The bedding feels luxurious, my partner used the spa which was excellent & pool lovely. We also enjoyed the Apsara dinner & show at the sister hotel across the road The breakfast buffet was lovely with very good selection but they also offer a la carte which we also used. For our last day, having an evening flight, we decided to use the complimentary lunch voucher. Wow! This was a surprise - absolutely exquisitely presented & packed with flavour - especially the main course Thai red chicken curry. Ive had complimentary lunches on some other stays but nothing like this. Staff were lovely, very attentive. Its location is a blessing & in some ways a curse. Overall it's great, being central so within easy walking distance of restaurants, pub street, markets etc but it does mean that the pool & lobby are on a road so whilst swimming you hear the road noise. However I would still 100% recommend this hotel. "

"i had an amazing short stay at the j7 in siem reap. i wanted a nice place to stay and relax at in between my travels in cambodia and this property was def a 5 star in my opinion. i used most of the property: buffet in the morning was delicious. i had an amazing massage downstairs with aunty for 1 hour - very good price. my room had a tub and i def took a bath. i will always choose to stay at the j7 again when i'm back next year and will bring my parents"

"I can’t say enough positive things about my stay at Hari Residence and Spa. From the moment of my arrival to my departure, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and special. The hotel is walking distance to action areas of Siem Reap; has a very nice and relaxed rooftop pool and patio. Room had everything I needed. Excellent breakfast buffet where every request is fulfilled. The most impactful part of my stay, was the performance of their staff. No question was insignificant , no request was unimportant. From everyone at the front desk and lobby area, to the entire dining room/kitchen area; everyone is genuinely interested in assisting you. I would most definitely stay here again where I to return. "
