"You could tell that prior to the hurricane that this place would be great. I am not holding this against them. At night, we could smell weed in our room for several hours. We were at the end of the floor so it must have been people outside or in parking area. Pros- the views were incredible. Plus, this place was very convenient to both Clearwater and downtown Tampa."

"I love this place. I stayed here a few years ago and they haven’t missed a beat. It was very clean and very quiet. It’s got everything you could need from washer/dryer, full kitchen with dining table. Let’s not forget the balcony for the gulf coast sunset views. The check in was a little mission because I booked same night and they only are there until 5PM so I had to go right down the street to another property to check in no problem and the staff was very friendly. "We enjoyed this small property. Not crowded and private beach is awesome. The sunsets from the property are incredible. The only negative was the construction underway on the property. Pretty noisy and equipment etc unsightly. Other than that property was very quiet and peaceful. "

"It is an older beach motel, with privately owned rooms, so each is different and inconsistent from each other. The desk clerk recommended booking through their website to get better options of quality of room. Yes my small studio room backed onto the main road so it was a little noisy. It was tired with older furniture, but not much different from all the beach VRBOs and AirBB in the area. I would stay again, just maybe in a more upgraded room. Location FANTASTIC!!!! I had low expectations...

"A very nice place and reasonable price. Don’t expect it to be a standard hotel facility. The property itself is very nice. It has a very small bathroom. A kitchen and full size fridge is a plus. "The property is outstanding but for one thing. The mattresses are small. I assumed double bed meant I was getting two beds. Not double- sized. So maybe that is on me. The other thing that is a more minor nuisance is it is not very quiet. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful place and the service is excellent. Food was outstanding."

"This was a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I stopped by the bar after my event and Eva was the best Bartender I have seen. She handles her business all while smiling and greeting each and every customer. Excellent job by all by I wanted to personally recognize Eva for a job well done after a long day at work. "

Great staff and service

"Staff were always so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. The desk staff were great and the maintinenance people helped us out with an issue we were having. My only complaint would be breakfast with long lines and a little lacking in selection. The bed and pillows were very comfortable but the bed was very high and there was no step stool to help. Not too close to restaurants or shopping but a big Publix store and CV Pharmacy a block away."
