"The grounds of this hotel are lovely. The hotel itself is old and the facility is aging. Many things don't work or break. The Lakeside room I had was not really lakeside, you could not hear the lapping of the waves - which is what I had hoped for. The food is overpriced and the menu limited. It is convenient and tourists might enjoy it, but for the business traveler it is a disappointment."

Those things management and owners need to take into account and fix it.
