"We stayed at the hotel for a short getaway. The property was clean and well organized concerning the COVID situation. Unfortunately the restaurant was mediocre at best and we had no hot water for almost half of our stay. "

"This is a wonderful place to rest, relax and renew. breakfast is awesome with a lake view. Rooms though expensive and small, mean you can come back from the spa when tired through the connecting hotel to your room to rest. Aufguss somewhat sparse, sea sauna on the lake makes the place unique.. Winter or summer, always a pleasant stay..."

"OMG THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! We suggest you have a car, is very expensive to travel to Berlin by “Uber” and the bus/train can be tough. But it is in the country, they have a car charge port, and you will need the car to get around. But i cannot day how lucky we were to find it! Family run place, you wont be disappointed ! "

"Beautifully-restored country palace outside of Berlin that made the perfect base for day-tripping throughout the region around Oranienburg, and beyond. The service was attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean and we particularly appreciated the restaurant. Everything about it -- menu, wine list, quality, service, and price was spot on."

"I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal. However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. This also meant the sauna and steam room were out of service, as alarms wouldn’t be available in emergencies. There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. " ich hatte einen tollen Check-In mit einer netten Frau, wir haben uns gut verstanden - tote Fliegen, Haare und VIER fette Wanzen im Badezimmer - Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, ich habe das Zimmer mit dem FÖHN versucht zu heizen. Habe Bescheid gegeben wegen der Heizung, aber gekümmert hat sich anscheinend niemand - Zimmer aus dem letzten Jahrtausend, das ist nicht charmant sondern billig und verwahrlost - abends gab es von Mutti gekochte Hausmannskost. Es gab nur ein Gericht, was aber nicht...

"The only positive points were the access to the sauna and swimming pool. The rest: avoid it! Very old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. No A/C or Fan and the rooms are massively hot and humid: inferno style. Our room was besides the fitness room: we had fun all afternoon and until 10pm. "

"Staff was great (especially Christian) and very convenient for our purposes. Room was clean and very good. Exterior of property could use some work ( cigarette butts, weedy grassy area in front). Would definitely return."

"Central Hotel is located on the U6 BVG metro line. Work is being done on the U Holzerhausen Station but there are frequent shuttle buses that take you to Kurt Schumacher station where you transfer from the bus to the Underground metro train. It takes about 30 minutes to get into town. The hotel provides a nice breakfast. There are about a dozen free parking spaces on the hotel property, on a first come first served basis. Free street parking is a backup plan if all the hotel parking spaces are occupied. I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time in Berlin."
