"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Loved the loft, the entire stay was very interesting, got to cook ourselves a home meal after a 25 days long trip across Central Europe, we loved the accessibility of the stay. Trams and busses are well connected and also will find grocery store coop nearby ! "

"We had a fantastic stay at EMA House Hotel Suites and highly recommend it. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly upgraded to a stay in the main hotel, which was a great start to our six-night visit. "Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"Perfect affordable hotel. We only stayed one night and wanted something near the train station, easy to get to airport, and able to walk around the old town. This was great - 10' easy walk from train station, many restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel was a bit old, but clean and comfortable and the right price! Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This property is right where you want to be if you want to shopping, yet it is also very quiet. There are so many places to eat and shop. We spent hours just walking by the river and seeing the sights. We would definitely stay here again "
