"THEY PUT ME IN ROOM 102, WHICH HAS UNLOCKED WINDOWS AND IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. I COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE I WAS SCARED OF BEING MUGGED! THE TOILET IS FILTHY WITH MOSS AND WHATNOT AND THE TV DOESNT WORK. I WILL NEVER RETURN ANS I HOPE THE HOTEL BURNED DOWN BECAUSE OF STUPID MANAGEMENT. THE STAFF SAID THE DEPOSIT WILL GET REFUNDED ON 2 DAYS NOTICE. IF IVE KNOWN I COULDVE PAID THE DEPOSIT VIA CASH. WHAT YOU GIVE YOU GET BACK. I AM AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER."

"The hotel is at good location and transport is very convenient. Although no bus, grab is very easy and fast. It near to attractions and eateries. It linked to a big mall that allows us go shopping, massage, etc. Room facilities are good and drinking water is 24 hrs available. Room and bathroom are spacious too. Security is good, and there is an infinity pool at the rooftop to enjoyed sunset.."
