"This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. "We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...

"I think I booked for a bigger room but was given a standard (cheaper) room. It was for 1 night, so I didn't bother. Surrounding was nice, and very near to eatery and shopping. No shoes inside, NO TV, and no coffee/tea maker in room. We need to walk down to the common pantry to make coffee or noodles. Main door closed after 10pm and opened at 8am. No security. "
