"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or...
