"Nice spacious room, very quiet and comfortable."

"The property itself is gorgeous. I was excited to stay just for the beautiful site and surrounding area. The stay, however, lacked luster. To begin, we booked this inn very specifically for the promised grilling area. My partner called the day before booking and he was told the property had a grill. With this in mind, we went shopping for meats, charcoal, and other things for a cookout. We called once more before purchasing everything to ask about the hours of certain amenities and were told by the front desk that they were unsure about the hours, but assured us of the grill itself on site. Upon arrival we learned there was no grill and it was well past closing for any store that might sell anything we could use. This caused a major inconvenience to our night as we now had lots of food with no way to grill it. This just entirely sidetracked our plans. Beyond that, the overseeing staff woman was rude towards my partner when he asked about any form of rectifying the inconvenience caused by the misinformation on part of the hotel (in form of points or a refund) and he was told very curtly and adamantly that they would not be doing anything about it. While the inconvenience is not world ending, it dampened a portion of our trip due to the unpreparedness of staff in answering questions about the inn. And another note aside, the bathtub would not drain properly in room 115. The tub would fill as the shower was used. "

"Everything was great about the stay staff was wonderful, amenities wonderful. However during our stay we could hear other people talking from some other rooms it was very loud outside of the room, it was good for a one-night stay. "
