"I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. "Second time staying here and it is a nice hotel to stay at with the family if you have a family room as the kids have there own section. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was broken. But the receptionist was nice and gave us a room accross the hall for me and 1 child. While my wife and the other kid stayed in the orginal room until the bed was fixed the next night. Overall is a very nice place to stay while we visit other areas of france/belgium"
