By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "The room is cozy but small, very convenient location with shops, grocery stores, transportation and main attractions. Guest cards are excellent so you can save some money moving around town. Anicca is such an amazing host. There is a kitchen that can be used in the main lobby with coffee machine, tea, and microwave. Terrace has an amazing view from the city. Online check-in was easy and convenient and hotel keys were on the app for easy access to the facility. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Had a great couple of days here. The reception bar with games is a real USP. Laura and Simon were brilliant and really went above and beyond for us. Great local knowledge. Rooms are comfortable, clean and while basic, had all we needed. I liked the touch of a general waste and recycling bin in the room, not something I've seen often in hotels but would like to see more of."
