Good luck it could be wonderful.
"Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. ..."

Waited in a queue for half an hour to go into the cave only for them to tell us that the tour for the 3.20pm was full and would have to wait until 4pm for next tour would have been nice to have a board up saying the tour was full before we had waited

We didn't have time to visit Royston but it seems like a very pleasant town with some historic buildings and a fascinating Medieval cave to visit.

Some lovely shops, with lots of charity shops. Had a nice lunch in the wetherspoons. Easy to find, with plenty of parking, which is free after 3:00p.m
