"This property is well located and provides short-term apartments at a reasonable price. There is a decent gym and swimming pool. This was our second stay here and we were happy again. The bathrooms and kitchens are a little dated, but still clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped. The mattress is firm, which is good, but it has no pillow-top or anything to soften it a bit, which is not so good (better than being saggy though!). "Great location in between Manuka and Kingston villages (closer to Kingston), walking distance to both and to Manuka oval. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable accomodation, very neat and clean. Great communication and very easy to deal with. A lovely short-term stay."

"Everything about Hotel Realm was exceptional! The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very user friendly with excellent water pressure in the shower! The best equipped gym of any hotel i have ever stayed in with the bonus of a 25m lap pool, spa, sauna and steam room facilities attached. We had dinner at Ostani restaraunt/bar, which had a great atmosphere and fantastic staff. Good variety on the menu, well priced, and DELICIOUS!! (Moroccon Lamb backstrap was outstanding!!!!!!!) Breakfast from Maple & Clove was also super tasty, with a good selection of fresh juices and smooties to complement the meals. (Great coffee too) "
