"The breakfast was the same typical tourist fare everyday but it was sufficient. There was only 1 towel per person, so I asked for extra as needed. The sink only has cold water. The shower was hot. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, no elevator- so be ready to hike up."

"We had a room with River view it’s beautiful….they come to pick us from the train station it’s 7 mn walk from the hotel , we had the best massage , the best diner, the best breakfast..the peoples working there, they do anything to help you just ask 🙏we will definitely recommend and come back again .Thankyou to all . "We spent the night here before going up to Machu Picchu. It was a short walk from the train. The rooms are above the restaurant….so there are some stairs but we didn’t find them to be a problem. We were shown to our rooms quickly and they all had comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, and small balconies. We went out shopping (there are so many shops and restaurants here!!! Hard to pick one but since we got 10%off at their restaurant we decided to eat there. Yummy) We wanted to play a game...

"Staff was very helpful! So nice to be met at the train station and get help with our bags up the steep hill to the hotel which is located at the cry top, quite near the thermal springs. The hotel connected us with a guide who met us the afternoon before our visit to Machu Picchu for a briefing. He helped us get cash and our bus ticket for the last leg to Machu Picchu, in addition to pointing out where we could get the Machu Picchu stamp for our passports. The hotel staff gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner - Chullos by the train tracks."
