I was skeptical, cause there were only 1 evaluation of this flat at Expedia (look at booking you will find even more). It was a very nice, quite and comfty Appartement. Host very helpful and warm-hearted. There are two parking spots, more 1min walking distance (you get a free parking ticket). We had a standard room (with no kitchen). Rooms are comfty w/ AC, TV and well working WIFI.
