"BEST HOTEL for the entire trip! Impressive huge space with kitchenette, dishwasher, shared laundry machines and all you can eat minibar with cheese, bread, cornflakes, fruits and ever. Salami reindeer meat. Very clean and comfortable stay and staff and manager were really friendly and kind. Free parking for guests and you just have to inform the hotel in advance. Lots of dining options around the hotel too! 👍 highly recommended!"

"Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. "Having a full kitchen, and a washer was a game changer!! Also loved the bathroom - especially heated floors! Everything was laid out really well, and we had everything we could need, for a very reasonable price! Just one suggestion - the toaster kept setting off the alarm when we used it. Perhaps it could be moved to somewhere not so close to the alarm? I just worried about waking other residents in the building. But I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!! "Like other reviews have said, the rooms are tiny and theres no stairs - but the clerk carried my luggage up and I wasnt spending much time in the room anyway. Within easy walking distance of town, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The guy who checked me in was incredible, 10/10. I thought it was cozy despite being outdated. Its servicable and warm, but nothing luxurious. Id stay there again in a heartbeat."
