"I cannot give this hotel more praise!!! We checked in and n Friday. They weee courteous and friendly. The coms before leaving were also excellent. We went to our room which had all the amenities you need and a terrific shower! We went down stairs to the bar and booked our table for dinner. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! "A very pleasant stay however we experienced a lot of noise during the night from the roof space which we believe may have been caused by a bird being trapped in the roof space. We noticed a velum roof light so maybe a bird had got stuck in there the previous day. I’ll leave that with you guys"

"The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main bread and butter. Meanwhile, the Ibis side—where we stayed—had this trendy ghost town vibe....

"Better than we expected, just needed this hotel to sleep for a few hours while on the road. There was a fridge and microwave which was perfect for us as we had milk for our 1 year old. Bed was big and comfortable. Clean sheets, towels and soap in the bathroom. Self check-in was fine even at midnight. We had low expectations due to the price, but were pleasantly surprised in the end - this is just a roadside hotel, so it's not luxury but we had a good night's sleep! "

"I am a tour guide and visited many places and stayed at many different hotels and I can say with confidence that this hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush. The location was close to dowtown and there is a Lidl right acoss the hotel. I can reccomened this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Rouen. "

"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. "Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "

Great hotel

"We stayed here for one night on our trip from Normandy back to Paris. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It met all our needs we had for the night. Ample free parking also. There were food options nearby as well. It was a nice hotel. The rooms were spacious also as well as the bathroom. We recommend this hotel. "
