"Overall good but with a few communication problems. The location condition and staff met or exceeded expectations. The only two issues relating to the booking were the cost of parking $ 150 on top of $ 550) for 3 days and the fact that the in house dining was closed. As we were on a self drive holiday the location, facilities and staff met all of our expectations and I would gladly stay here again. "Friendly management. Not a lot of dining options other than a daytime cafe and bar which was closed part of the time. Walkable if you don’t mind walking 20 min to somewhere. Towels not changed on Sundays which someone could have told us before we left them in a pile. "

"Picturesque location by river very tranquil and relaxing. Beautiful boats dock to admire and small beach to walk along. Beautiful walk down to the water through the gardens from room. Close to shops, markets and restaurants etc. Room was large, bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom, very clean, comfortable and all amenities supplied. "Nesuto Mounts Bay is in a great location and worked really well for our family stay. The hotel had everything we needed, and while we didn’t spend much time there, it was very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent—friendly and attentive. A solid choice for families visiting Perth to explore the sights."

"This was a great holiday. In a self-contained apartment the only down side was that we did not have a kitchen or anything to cook so we had to go out for every meal as there was no room service even from 1 of the local restaurant that would of been really great to have, and would of been good to get fresh towels and sheets each day as we did not have any way to clean them in the room we had."
