I liked the thermal pools at this property. Carpet needs a deep cleaning or removed entirely. Lots of cobb webs in thr thermal pool area. Finding the Cleveland motel was a gem! The staff were lovely and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was delightful and so informative. We always felt safe. There were trampolines and swings for the children. Unfortunately the thermal pools weren’t working however they provided meal vouchers and swim vouchers to make up for it. The room and fridge was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for 2 nights. Two decent sized bedrooms. You need a car to stay here as it’s not walking distance. Overall better thank expected given it’s 3 stars.

The staff were wonderful but the drive was being torn up while we were there. If it were not for that it might have been good. We were the only ones staying there the second night, first night only one other couple. Bed was comfy, bathroom updated and evenings were quiet. Staff gave helpful tips for things to do in the area.
