Other than the noisy neighbors we had early one morning at 2 AM, we had a very comfortable stay. The price was right and the proximity to the Sphere and Venetian was very good. We could walk to places very easily and it was easy to catch a cab to places further than we wanted to walk. There are places that could use some updating, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Self parking was far from property. They could improve on signage for drop off/ check in area. We had to make few rounds to figure out the parking/ check in area.

It is a new, safe, clean, and quiet hotel. In general, I was satisfied. I especially love the big bath tub in room. The only two complains I have are 1) it is too far away from the center stripe 2) somehow there are always hotel service people knocked my door. There was a lady knocked our door at 9:30a and checked whether we had a late check out on the day we left. I felt a little bit pissed and interrupted as I did not even have this experience with any 2.5-3 stars hotel even. Would hope they could interrupt us fewer times.
