Wonderful hotel
Everything was great, very welcoming stuff, great room, super clean, nice view and you cannot ask for a better location. The city center and all the shopping facilities are 2-5 minutes away, trams in all directions in front of the hotel. In under 30 minutes you can be at the beach in Warnemünde. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Could be more helpful...
They didn't have room in the parking garage, but the second garage was open. It only takes CASH. Was not prepared for this and asked for help from the front desk. They were not very helpful at all... had to find a cash machine and/or bank... asked them how do we pay... not helpful. Luckily found some nice strangers in the garage who were very helpful explaining to us what to do and how...

Great quality, clean and cheap.
Room was great and price was ideal. Parking was cheap and our dog was able to stay for only €5. Due to some mix ups with our reservation the night clerk offered us a discount that wasn't necessary. Great customer service.

Good basic hotel
Good very basic Hotel located in the middle of downtown. Fast check in and out, but not so much other services offered. Room is relatively small but clean. Only got 2 small bottles of soaps daily. Parking is €10/day. No coffee/tea/fridge/safety box.

Cheap and cheerful but would not stay again
It started badly by being told at the garage intercom around 15.00 there was no parking because we had not reserved a place so we had to back out over a busy pavement on to the road again. We were advised to use an alternatve car park which we did but that was too far away to take all our luggage over to Motel One. (There was nothing on your website to tell us we had to book a garage place). The room was very small - more suitable for a single person than a couple but was simply furnished and was very clean. The double glazing kept the traffic noise out well but there was a sound of a door banging frequently which I think came from the air conditioning unit rather than an actual door banging. The plus point of this was that it was cheap!
