There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. "Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day.
